Bringing musical
artists to the culturally under-served area of Reedsport, Winchester Bay,
and Gardiner during the quiet time of the year was the goal for this
festival. Confluence 2008 is sponsored by the

Bay Chamber of Commerce.

bringing bands from the Washington, Portland, Eugene, Coos Bay and Bandon areas to the Central Oregon
Coast.
