Gardiner- The Reedsport-Winchester Bay Chamber of Commerce
officially extended their already expansive itinerary of events with a
successful winter festival combining the best treats Oregon has to offer.
They're calling it the Wine, Beer, Seafood and Music
Festival Confluence, and event coordinator Joe Mervis says if visitors
don't know the meaning of the word confluence, they certainly will after
attending the weekend fest.
